At C-ode Studio, each piece is handcrafted on demand and produced in very limited quantities. Because of the made-to-order nature of our designs, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to love your purchase, so please read the policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns ✧

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@c-odestudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.
  3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because every piece is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer
  • Normal variations in hand-beading, finishes, or fabric details — these are part of the unique character of each creation

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if:

  • The item is faulty, and
  • The same style and fabric are still available

Since our designs are limited editions, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Your Return

  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
